Meet the Designers

Roxane (Right) has always been passionate about design and fashion. Her first creations in sewing came at the early age of 11 years old. Roxane has been designing custom one-of-a-kind dresses and regalia since that time. She has been passionately creating unique dresses for clients throughout the United States and Canada for over fifteen years. She is a highly sought-after seamstress among competitive Native American dancers. Being a lifelong champion dancer herself, Roxane creates all pieces of her dance regalia and enjoys the freedom of the creative process.
She has devoted years to honing her skills in many forms of art including beadwork, feather work, as well as learning the history and cultural significance behind all that she does. She takes great pride in being a contemporary Native American artist as well as maintaining the skills of traditional Native American art. She believes creative expression is among the most important callings in life. She blends the modern techniques and tools with the rich cultural knowledge in her works.
Roxane in her professional life works as a Fiscal Controller managing finances for a multi- million dollar company. She acquired her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from California State University Chico before moving on to obtaining an MBA from Grand Canyon University.
Dottie Rose (Left) has always had a passion for fashion design. She learned to sew at the age of 5 so that she could design her own Barbie clothes. From there she moved on to costume-making for school plays and Halloween Carnivals. Her family was very supportive of all of her artistic hobbies growing up, helping her creativity flourish.
After graduating from College, Dottie was accepted into the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in San Francisco. Where she learned many important skills needed to succeed in the design industry. She graduated with an Associates in Fashion Design Professional Designation. From there she moved on to get her Bachelors of Art and Visual Communications from Utah Valley University.
Dottie now works as a Graphic Designer. Although fashion design is not her day-to-day job, she still finds joy in it. She has made wedding dresses and other formal dresses as well as costumes and ready-wear. Her design style is very feminine, with an overall goal of accentuating the beauty within. She is constantly finding inspiration in everything around her. Creating art and designing clothes relaxes her and she loves the feeling of accomplishment she gets from finishing something that came from her imagination. She leaves sparkle in her wake and the display of her creations is just giving you a look into the whimsical world that is Dottie Rose.
